চুক্তি ও নীতিমালা:

Land Networking BD-তে, আমরা আমাদের গ্রাহক, অংশীদার এবং অ্যাফিলিয়েটদের সাথে সুষ্ঠু এবং স্বচ্ছ চুক্তির মাধ্যমে কাজ করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। নিম্নলিখিত তথ্যসমূহ আমাদের চুক্তির সাধারণ শর্তাবলী এবং নীতিমালা তুলে ধরেছে।

গ্রাহকের সাথে চুক্তি:

আমাদের গ্রাহকদের সাথে চুক্তি করার সময়, আমরা ন্যায়বিচার, পেশাদারিত্ব এবং স্বচ্ছতার প্রতি প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ থাকি। চুক্তি করার আগে, আমরা গ্রাহকদের সঠিক তথ্য এবং চুক্তির শর্তাবলী সম্পর্কে পূর্ণ বিবরণ প্রদান করি।

অংশীদার ও অ্যাফিলিয়েট পার্টনারের সাথে চুক্তি:

আমাদের অংশীদার ও অ্যাফিলিয়েট পার্টনারদের সাথে চুক্তি করার সময়, আমরা উভয় পক্ষের সুবিধা এবং দায়িত্ব স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ করি।

1. চুক্তির উদ্দেশ্য: সহযোগিতা, মার্কেটিং, এবং কমিশন ভিত্তিক কাজ।
2. চুক্তির শর্তাবলী:
   সময়কাল: চুক্তির মেয়াদ এবং সমাপ্তির তারিখ।
   কমিশন এবং ফি: কমিশন হার, পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি এবং সময়সূচি।
   দায়িত্ব এবং অধিকার: উভয় পক্ষের দায়িত্ব এবং অধিকার।
3. গোপনীয়তা: উভয় পক্ষের তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করার শর্তাবলী।
4. বাতিলকরণ নীতি: চুক্তি বাতিলের শর্তাবলী এবং প্রক্রিয়া।

চুক্তির প্রক্রিয়া:

1. আলোচনা: উভয় পক্ষের চাহিদা এবং শর্তাবলী নিয়ে আলোচনা করা হয়।
2. মসৌদা প্রস্তুতি: চুক্তির খসড়া প্রস্তুত করা হয় এবং উভয় পক্ষের অনুমোদনের জন্য প্রদান করা হয়।
3. সংশোধন: প্রয়োজনে চুক্তির শর্তাবলী সংশোধন করা হয়।
4. চূড়ান্ত চুক্তি: উভয় পক্ষের স্বাক্ষরের মাধ্যমে চুক্তি চূড়ান্ত করা হয়।

গোপনীয়তা ও নিরাপত্তা:

আমরা সব চুক্তিতে আমাদের গ্রাহক এবং অংশীদারদের তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা এবং নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করি। সকল তথ্য নিরাপদভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা হয় এবং শুধুমাত্র প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যক্তিদের সাথে শেয়ার করা হয়।

বিতর্ক সমাধান:

চুক্তি সম্পর্কিত কোনো বিরোধ উদ্ভূত হলে, আমরা আলোচনার মাধ্যমে তা সমাধানের চেষ্টা করি। যদি আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সমাধান সম্ভব না হয়, তাহলে প্রযোজ্য আইনের অধীনে তা সমাধান করা হয়।
